1. Shipping Costs

 

➜Please note that The product prices listed on our website do not   include shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated based on the size of the shipping box. Large statues require much larger boxes than small statues, resulting in significantly higher shipping costs. Shipping fees also vary depending on the destination country.Please contact our store to inquire about shipping costs before placing your order. We strongly recommend confirming the shipping fee with us before proceeding with payment.

 

2. Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods at Navy Toys:
1. Express Air Freight (UPS, FedEx, DPD, etc.)
➜Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 business days.
➜ Customs & Taxes: Excluded. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
🟢 Best for: Customers who need their orders quickly and are willing to pay higher shipping rates.
2. Standard Ocean Freight (UPS, FedEx, DPD, etc.)
➜ Estimated Delivery Time: 30–60 business days. US, EU

AU 30-40 Days

Asian 12-20 Days
➜ Customs & Taxes: Tax-inclusive (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). No extra customs fees or taxes upon delivery.
🟢Best for: Customers who are not in a rush and prefer a significantly more cost-effective option. This is the most popular choice among collectors.

❗️Note  : Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by third-party factors—such as weather, customs clearance, or peak holiday periods—are beyond our control. Consequently, neither the carrier nor our company offers compensation in such cases

 

3. Shipping Process

➜Once we receive your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm the shipping method and shipping fee.
 

➜After the shipping fee is paid, we will process your order and send the tracking information to your email within 3–5 business days.

➜An email with your tracking code will be sent to the email address used for your Shopify order. You can track your shipmment directly on the courier's website

❗️Note : This process excludes Pre-order items, as they require studio production and fulfillment. The standard processing timeline only applies after the studio releases the items and they arrive at our warehouse
