1. Refund Policy

Preorder – Deposit

By placing a preorder, you agree to the preorder terms and conditions. After 48 hours from the time the deposit is made, the deposit becomes non-refundable if you decide to cancel. As we are an official dealer and have already paid the deposit to the studio to secure your unit, the deposit cannot be retrieved.

If the studio cancels the project, the full deposit you paid will be returned to you in the form of store credit.

In-Stock Items

For in-stock items, you will have a 24-hour consideration period. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund (note: bank transaction fees of approximately 5% are non-refundable).

After 24 hours but before a tracking number is provided, you may request a cancellation with a 50% refund.
Once the tracking number has been issued, no cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.

If your order qualifies for a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

Once the refund is processed, you will receive the funds within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.


2. After-Sales Support

A complete unboxing video is required for all after-sales support cases. Please make sure to record a full unboxing video immediately upon receiving your product.

We will assist with reasonable after-sales issues as long as the studio has replacement parts available. However, for minor flaws or small damages, the studio may decline to provide a full replacement. If no replacement parts remain, a partial refund will be issued based on the severity of the damage.

At Navy Toys, we take after-sales service seriously and will do our best to support customers in any unfortunate situation.


3. Product Information

All resin statues are handcrafted, which means minor imperfections, slight variations, or QC inconsistencies may occasionally occur. We will always try to request replacement parts from the studio when possible.

If the factory cannot provide replacements, we will issue a partial refund depending on the condition.

If you expect a product to be 100% flawless and perfect, please consider your purchase carefully.


4. Shipping Information

Once the product is fully paid, we will provide a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor the shipment.

The product price listed on the website does not include international shipping fees. For detailed shipping costs to your country, please contact us directly.

If a package is lost during transit and the loss is confirmed by the shipping company, you will receive a full refund or a new replacement product, including the shipping cost.

5. Shipping Time

-For both in-stock and order items, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and dispatch. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

-After submitting the tracking information, the estimated shipping times to various countries are as follows:
TO US: 20-30 DAYS   (Line Sea )
TO EU: 25-40 DAYS   (Line Sea )
TO ASIA: 1-2 WEEK  (Line Sea )

-If you need urgent shipping, please choose Line Express (by air), but the shipping cost will be quite expensive.

-Delivery times may vary depending on customs conditions, holidays, etc.; delays are not grounds for refunds.
