1. Refund Policy

Pre-order & Deposit

By placing a pre-order, you agree to our pre-order terms and conditions. After 72 hours from the time the deposit is made, the deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel. As we are an authorized distributor and have already paid a deposit to the studio to secure your item, the deposit cannot be refunded.

The delivery time shown is only an estimate; delays from the studio are not valid grounds for a refund. Once the goods are shipped, we will notify customers via email or phone to collect the shipping fee.

If the studio cancels the project, the full deposit you paid will be refunded in the form of store credit.

In-stock Items

For in-stock items, you have 24 hours to reconsider your purchase. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund (note: approximately 5% bank transaction fees are non-refundable).

After 24 hours but before a tracking number is issued, you may request cancellation and receive a 50% refund.

After a tracking number has been issued, we will not accept any cancellation requests under any circumstances.

If your order is eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

Once the refund is processed, you will receive the funds within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.


2. After-Sales Support

A full unboxing video is mandatory for all after-sales support requests. Please record a complete unboxing video immediately upon receiving the product.

We will assist with reasonable after-sales issues as long as the studio provides replacement parts. However, for minor defects or slight damages, the studio may decline to offer a full replacement. If replacement parts are unavailable, we will provide a partial refund based on the level of damage.

At Navy Toys, we highly value after-sales service and will do our best to support customers in any unfortunate situations.


3. Product Information

All resin statues are handmade, which means minor imperfections, slight variations, or inconsistencies in quality may occur. We will always try to request replacement parts from the studio whenever possible.

If the studio cannot provide replacements, we will issue a partial refund depending on the product’s condition.

If you expect a 100% perfect product, please carefully consider before making a purchase.


4. Shipping Information

After full payment is received, we will provide a tracking number along with instructions on how to track your shipment.

Product prices listed on the website do not include international shipping fees. For detailed shipping costs to your country, please contact us directly.

If a package is lost during transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier, you will receive either a full refund or a replacement, including shipping costs.


5. Shipping Time

  • For both in-stock and pre-order items, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and dispatch. A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
  • Estimated shipping times after dispatch:
    • USA: 20–30 days (Sea shipping)
    • EU: 25–40 days (Sea shipping)
    • Asia: 1–2 weeks (Sea shipping)
  • If you need faster delivery, please choose Express Line (air shipping); however, shipping costs will be significantly higher.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, holidays, and other factors. Delays are not valid grounds for a refund.
