JOYTOY Studio – Warhammer ‘The Horus Heresy’ Blood Angels Legion Praetor in Tartaros Terminator Armour JT00386 (Licensed)

Yes, we have been in the statue business since 2020—you can check the creation date of our fanpage. With a presence of hundreds of thousands of followers across our social media channels, having served Dominic Solanke from the England national team and Vietnam's top streamer with 8 million followers, a physical store in Vietnam, and a warehouse in China, all our operations are completely transparent, so you can feel completely secure choosing us.

In the statue collecting industry, shipping costs depend on the physical box size of each item, meaning larger statues require bigger boxes with higher shipping fees, and rates also vary significantly between different countries. For certain pre-order items, exact box dimensions are not finalized or available during the production phase until the product is officially released. Consequently, it is impossible to calculate and pre-set these shipping rates directly on the website, so customers need to contact us to get an accurate shipping quote for their specific country.

• Statue prices mostly fluctuate according to the market, as they are all limited editions with a restricted number of versions. With a massive inventory of up to 40,000 products, sometimes the prices we posted a long time ago no longer apply because suppliers and agents have since increased their prices. It is impossible for us to manually update prices across such a massive volume of products on the website. Therefore, if you contact us and receive a different price, please understand that this is the actual market price at the time of your order. We are completely transparent with all information, and thank you for your understanding

In-stock items usually leave our warehouse within a few business days. Pre-order items ship after the release window listed on the product page.

You pay when you place the pre-order and we ship once the studio releases the piece. Pre-order payments are non-refundable 72 hours after purchase. If the studio cancels, you are refunded in Full Refund

Yes, if your order meets the requirements, please read the detailed policy here. Cancellation & After - Sale Support

A recast product is when a third-party factory purchases the mold from the original manufacturer and remakes it using resin material. Although they are still resin statues, the quality is lower than the authentic product, achieving about 90% of the studio quality. However, the price is only half of the original product, making it suitable for customers who do not want to spend too much money to own a statue. Navy Toys is transparent about all product information, and whenever customers purchase a recast product, we will always double-check and confirm with them, so you can feel completely secure when shopping here
